Patterned Inlay

I was commissioned to make two 48" x 48" coffee tables and incorporate different patterns into them.  The first table is hand-scraped White Oak in a chevron pattern on the surface.  The Walnut table incorporates a distressed basketweave pattern, and both tables sit on a custom blackened steel base with brass rosettes on each leg.
