Salt & Barrel is a contemporary seafood restaurant specializing in oysters and cocktails.  Situated in the heart of Bay Shore, Long Island, the restaurant draws it's inspiration from New York City glam and crisp air from the Long Island shorlines.

The interior is divided into 3 vignettes: Social (Bar), Transitional (Staged Area), Private (Dining).  The delineation of these elements allows Salt & Barrel to be a gathering place for any mood. With a mix on New York City Glam and Sandy beach calm,
